Vertical compressive static load testing is a commonly used detection method of pile foundations, the purpose is to detect the bearing capacity of piles. The traditional vertical static load testing is manual compression settlement data recorded on the inspectors has a certain security risk. In this paper, the vertical static pile load test system uses a short-range wireless communication technology ZigBee, can simultaneously read multiple pile of settlement data and pass the computer. In the acquisition of data, the system can be timed according to different testing standards, collecting data automatically, eliminating manual collection of data security risks. The system can be static load testing according to different standards, the raw data collected are processed to calculate the bearing capacity of pile and draw a vertical Q-s curve and s-lgt curves, and according to the bearing piles and the two curves to classify the quality of the pile.ZigBee wireless communication technology is based on the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol of the short-range wireless communications technology used in building of the test is a new experiment and explore.The system generates test reports, the use of VBA technology automatically draw the Q-s curve and s-lgt curve, and generate Word document format of the test report. Test report is generated that can greatly reduce the workload of the preparation of test reports.
