Synchronously, it is proved that locations of consumers take remarkable influenceon open time ratio through single factor variance analysis. Ulteriorly, open time ratio is notappropriate for calculating alloting heat consumption and heating fee in on-off time and areamethod for the fact that it is needed to be corrected.Consumers are classified by locations such as consumers in the top floor which havefastigium, consumers in the top floor which do not have fastigium, consumers in the middlefloor which have fastigium, consumers in the middle floor which do not have fastigium,consumers in the first floor which have fastigium, consumers in the first floor which do nothave fastigium. The compensation factors calculated in theory and through actualmeasurement data are analogical. Further more, the factors are used to calculating heating fee.And the heating fee is more reasonable than before. Ulteriorly, the method of calculatingcompensation factor could be widely used for project.The laboratory furniture is constructed to further research the factors which take influence on opentime ratio. The laboratory furniture has two rooms of which the location is different.Themodifier formula is deduced through the data from the experiment. The formula could be written inthe on-off meter on probation. The experiment also proves that the location factor takes influence onopen time ratio.The theory expounded in this paper improves on-off time and area method. And themethod of calculating compensation factor could be popularized.
