The Application Of The Wireless Meter Reading System In Heat Metering

For the problems of heat metering energy waste,environmental pollution and heat metering charge not reasonable,the author designs and realizes a kind of wireless meter reading system based on the“on-off time area method heat metering device technical conditions for measuring”,comprehensively used the embedded Win CE,M-Bus,RF433 MHZ wireless rf,and GPRS general wireless grouping techniques.This paper focuses on the functions of each metering device in wireless meter reading system,communication protocols between devices and the design of the whole software system implementation.This system consists of wireless integration on-off valve,room temperature controller,collect the calculator,building heat meter and the remote data center server: on-off valve is used to control the integrated household heating pipelines of water flow on and off and record on and off time;Room temperature controller is used to set the user indoor temperature and collect the user indoor temperature;Building heat meter is used to record the consumption of the whole building total quantity of heat;Sampling calculator collect on-off valve,room temperature controller and building heat meter data,calculate the user's heat value and store all plant operation data.This system is actually used in practice and is in reliable,stable operation,achieving the goal of heat metering and heat energy saving,and it has a certain application and popularization value.
