Study On The Content Of Townscape Planning Oriented Towards The Management

Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization process has been accelerated, however, the small towns appeared to be similar images and landscape features gradually disappear. Therefore, the townscape planning is proposed in time. However, it is a difficult problem about how to implement the townscape planning into the town's construction and management. Townscape planning is becoming more important and lots of small towns have made the planning, but it is difficult to implement the townscape planning for some reasons, such as the development of the economic and rapid construction of the towns.There are two reasons for this. One is mainly derived from the whole society, especially for the regulators lack correct attitude and respect. The other important reason which can't be denied is that the planning itself is apart from the town's construction and management. As a non-statutory planning, one of the core problems in townscape planning is how to control and guide townscape construction. In this paper,the complilation content of the townscape planning is chosen as the penetration point combined with practical cases. The innitiative mechanism of townscape creation and construction is proposed from the complilation programmes and contents. In response to the initiative of working content, the content of rigid control and elastic guiding control is also stressed from the subject of management and implementation's prospect, in order to coordinate the active development, culture inheritance and characteristic display.The first chapter of this paper discusses the background, purpose and meaning of the research as well as the research methods and framework. Besides, it defines the related concepts and makes a clear classification of the research progress home and abroad.In the second chapter, the author makes a systematic analysis of the situation, characteristics as well as the existed problems and illustrates the complilation content, together with the characteristic of townscape planning. Then, the reasons of the current problems are analyzed from the management perspective.In the third chapter, it proposes the control content and makes a conclusion of the main content as well as characteristic of the townscape planning from the perspective of target location, structure and elements. In the fourth chapter, the complilation content and practice in the townscape planning oriented towards the management is detailed illustrated, combining with the townscape planning of Yesanguan. In the case, the design guidelines and architectural form renewal are emphasized.The conclusions and prospect are included in the final chapter. The specific content, content system and content expression are summarized. It also proposes the disadvantages and expectations.
