First, by creating a thermal circuit model author analysis the relevant thermal resistance and get the conclusion for key parts. Then author makes a series of simulation on some possible factors by Flotherm software and find the key factors for accurate tc temperature measurement is convection. Finally author takes a real sample to measure the temperature in different environment equipment and verify the thermal model and simulation conclusion..During the analysis and comparison, author also explains the root cause of different meaning in IEC standards.
