With the expansion of the scale of construction projects and improve the technical requirements, the role of large-scale machinery and equipment become larger and larger in modern construction projects. The truck crane is a kind of typical construction machinery and equipment, therefore, the assessment of the health status of its key components is extremely important. At present, the targeted assessment model is rarely in the field of health status assessment of equipment, and lack of remote control capability for the whole system performance evaluation and intelligent maintenance.In order to solve the above problem, take the QY90V truck crane for the study in this paper, research on the state performance assessment of theoretical methods, experimental verification, technical integration and other aspects based on data-driven, specific work include:1) According to the problem of lack evaluation model for judge the health status of equipment leading to the health status unable to accurately determine, through research on the state description method of the performance of equipment, and integrated the theory methods of feature extraction, feature selection and state classification for equipment signal, in accordance with the OSA-CBM (open system architecture for condition-based maintenance) standards process to develop the acquisition system for multi-mode state performance evaluation model of equipment. 2) The development of remote monitoring and management platform for equipment based on WEB, through the WEB-GIS / GPS integrated technology, the embedded Google Earth / map technology, user-oriented Web services technology research, construction of the remote monitoring service system platform framework based on SOA (service-oriented architecture), provide the software platform support to the remote monitoring and maintenance system for large-scale machinery and equipment. Provide greater flexibility in the practical application for business users and through the user permissions settings to increase the user platform system security.Through integration of these theoretical approaches and technology applications to achieve the development of the state evaluation model generation tool and truck crane remote condition monitoring system. While achieving a Web-based remote service system and use the main pump bearing system of the QY90V truck crane for the application object, achieve the practical application of diagnostic systems in the network monitoring platform and the practical application of the results show that the practicality of the state performance assessment model generation tool is very well.
