Truck-mounted cranes have been nearly seven decades of research abroad, production history, technology has matured, has formed the scale; in China has nearly three decades, due to objective conditions, development was slow; Although the past decade With the rapid development, still in the imitation stage, with the international advanced level, are very far; mainly in design, product quality and control technology and so on.This paper QYS-12ZⅢtype lorry crane as an example design of the research on folding Truck crane operating curve analysis, for the first time defined the folding functional requirements lorry crane; on the folding Truck crane type all major components such as the telescopic boom, boom, column, base, central rotary joint, oil tanks and other structures were discussed; given Folding Truck crane structure calculation of strength of the impact of load combinations and load Coefficient of Determination; application of limit state design of the telescopic arm strength design calculation carried out on the telescopic boom structure was calculated local stability and stiffness calculation; use software Telescopic the finite element stress analysis; of the telescopic cylinders and derricking cylinders were stress analysis, strength and stability of the calculation; given moment of turning resistance was calculated conditions and selection calculation of rotary mechanism design; on the principle of hydraulic control system is designed component selection, pressure loss and temperature rise calculations; the product design on the design of similar products the company provides a theoretical basis for calculation; to improve our design quality lorry-mounted crane has some theoretical guidance and practical significance.
