With the vigorous development of shipbuilding industry and port logistics industry in China as well as the promotion implementation of ’The Belt and Road’ development strategy,the demand for mobile port cranes becomes more and more intense.In order to ensure the safety and stability of port crane,real-time intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis must be carried out.Taking H21002 mobile port crane as the research object,this paper presents the design of intelligent monitoring and remote service unit system for mobile port crane.This paper first introduces the structure and overall requirement analysis of mobile port crane.Then the overall design scheme of intelligent monitoring and remote service unit is designed.According to the fault characteristics of H21002 mobile port crane,a fault diagnosis method of BP neural network based on genetic algorithm optimization is proposed.Using H21002 crane fault data to verify the fault diagnosis,it is proved that the algorithm is more accurate than the ordinary BP neural network.Then the hardware platform of field intelligent monitoring terminal is designed with STM32 processor core,including minimum system module,sensor acquisition module,LCD touch screen control module,fault alarm module,PLC interface module,GPRS communication module and etc.Using Keil MDK and Visual Studio 2008 development platform,the software design of field intelligent monitoring and remote diagnosis server is completed.Finally,the intelligent monitoring terminal and remote server terminal are debugged.The intelligent monitoring and remote service unit of the mobile port crane studied has been initially applied on the H21002 crane,achieving the intended target of intelligent monitoring and remote service,effectively increasing the added value of port crane products.The research results have certain reference value for the manufacturing equipment,research and development of intelligent monitoring and remote service unit. |
