This paper's studying theme is Black Start program auxiliary Automatic generation system,and acheiving certain results.This paper firstly introduces the general process and the principles and requirements should be noted in black-start program, secondly discuss the black start 's requirements to generator of the secondary system, focused analyze black-start 's process encountered black start power source selection, self-excitation check,power frequency over voltage calibration, operating overvoltage calibration, stability check, initial recovery of small system stability assessment, subsystem cyclization and so on. Respectively, then the use of RTDS and BPA, PSCAD simulation tool, combines a real grid black start path of Tian Jin, respectively to checking calculation, And analyzes the results.Finally, combining graphical modeling technology, database technology and power system analysis computing technology has developed a visual grid black start Auxiliary Decision Support System.
