With the development of national economy, the power industry more and more in-depth penetrates into all aspects of life. Playing an important role in the power industry, turbine, both in installed capacity, or in terms of the number of applications, has been geting a rapid an stable growth. Therefore, the safty and reliable operation of turbine have been becoming an important research topic in front of us. On the other hand, as communication technology, microelectronic technology, and network technology developing, embedded technology has been more widely used. Based on simulation platform, the paper introduces embedded technology to monitoring and simulation system of multi-parameter operating turbine, and does more research on thesafe and reliable operation of the turbine.Firstly, comminuting the turbine operating characteristics and the studies at home and abroad of the simulation system for rotating machinery, the paper deeply designs the simulation of multi-parameter steam turbine mechanical platform. According to differences of the important characteristics for the running turbine, the paper builds a corresponding net work for sensor data acquisition. Also,the signal acquisition method is in-depth researched to ensure that the simulation system can fully simulate the real working operating conditions of turbine.Secondly, based on Samsung S3C2440 ARM9 chip, we design circuit of the monitoring and simulation system.Mainly the design of the main pre-processing circuit for signal acquisition for a more in-depth analysis to ensure the reliability and completeness of acquired signals. At the same time, the storage module, display module, communication module and the external interface module and power modules are designed; we build out a complete and reliable embedded hardware control system. Finally, we build a Linux-based file system, and designed the software module. Basing on U-Boot, the paper developts its own BootLoader module. In the mean time, based on the hardware design of the control module for embedded, the kernel is ported and the root file system of the system is build.As software design, according to the working principle of each module, combined with software development process, the paper gives the main modules of software processes. |
