Optimization Of The Highway Passenger Transportation Hub In Songyuan City Based On Land Use

The Songyuan City is located in a important transport node in the west of Jilin province. The Planning of highway passenger transportation hub should be planed scientifically. Songyuan's master plan of national highway passenger transportation hub was based on the previous version of city's master plan of Songyuan. In recent year, these are something new changing of land using happened in development process, a new version city's master plan is being formulating. So it is important to analyze the layout of highway passenger transportation hub and whether it can match the development of city and coordinate the new version of city master plan.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research. Then it gives the research content and technology roadmap by summarizing research status.This paper analyzes the socio-economic development status such as the location, society and economic, administrative division, population distribution, transport infrastructure and the development of transportation. It summarizes the main result of the previous version of city master plan and the Planning of highway passenger transportation hub. Then it analyzes the new mode of city's development and the adjust content in new version of city's master plan and evaluates the adaptability between the original layout of highway passenger transportation hub station and the land using in new version of city's master plan. This paper points out some uncoordinated factors between the original layout of highway passenger transportation hub station and the land using in new version of city's master plan and shows the necessary in improving the layout of the original highway passenger transportation hub.This paper forecasts the road passenger volume in the future of Songyuan City by using some different kinds of prediction method which are based on the market analyzing, the hub's functional orientation and some basic information. It gives two improvement programs after forecasting the passenger volume and analyzing the factors of the new version of city's master plan to the passenger transport hub. Plan One formulates four passenger stations and adjusts the location of Heping Highway Passenger Station and South City Highway Passenger Station. It changes the stations'original area and passenger volume. Plan Two formulates five passenger stations. It adjusts the location of Heping Highway Passenger Station and South City Highway Passenger Station and adds the West City Highway Passenger Station. It changes all the stations'original area and passenger volume.The result is given by assessing the improvement program. The layout of highway passenger transportation hub considers many factors such as the city's land using, the influence area of passenger station, the building of transport hub and the impact of passenger's transfer. These programs adapt the needs of Songyuan City's master plan and accord to the characteristics of passenger flow's distribution. The passenger stations have close connected with State Road, provincial highway and the city's main roads. These programs almost expansion or changing the original station. New stations use the land which don't need conversion or can change easily. It can make a good foundation in the building of these stations.
