| The temporary building for post-disaster use is becoming more and more crucial in post-disaster reconstruction. Therefore, the researches on its design are of great significance to comfort the post-disaster people, to transit to a better life and maintain social stability.By means of illustration, comparison and inference, etc, this paper summarizes the enormous natural disasters paralyzed people's houses, including the flood, wind, fire. It analyzes its damages to people's surroundings, social environment, transportation network system and financial environment In this paper, the author makes a comparative analysis on the major domestic temporary post-disaster housing facilities by combining the relevant pictures and written materials during the visiting and investigation of temporary shelters. It suggests that the major domestic temporary residential facilities are the pre-fabricated houses. In composition, it is divided into the Single-pitch-roof board rooms and the double-pitch-roof board rooms, with the sandwich panels, color steel plates and steel lumbers as its major components.This paper makes studies mainly on pre-fabricated houses, and makes deep analysis on the conditions that victims may face disaster displacement, destruction of the living environment, life-threatening, loss of property and self-injury or witness the injuries of the other people. Meanwhile, the author proposes some principles on the functions of the construction of post-disaster temporary housing facilities and space. The indoor living space should be designed to meet the functions of post-disaster people's basic living. It also gives full consideration to the psychological status of the residents, to meet people's psychological needs, to make the transition of post-disaster people's lives better.To sum up, the private space of the current temporary rooms and the ground moisture resistance are in want, and the size of matching facilities in the public kitchens, the quantity of public toilets, and color selection of interior space and so on have some shortcomings. It puts forward that to use the valance to build private space and to unify the size of the matching facilities. The author also suggests that the state unveil the drawings in the uniform standard, and make more detailed provisions on the use of materials, structure and layout, making some improvements. |
