In recent years, as an important component of forest resources, forest recreation resources are increasingly declined because the insufficient knowledge of predatory development, predatory exploitation and improper utilization, which is sparked of forest environmental problem again attention. Therefore, under the situation of forest resources growing shortages, it is a positive significance for its value evaluation. Taking Mao Jing-ba forest as the research objective, evaluated the value of it forest recreation resources, which can be provide a reference for the construction management of the Mao Jing-ba forest.This paper first introduced forest recreational resource value emphasized CVM and TCM. This paper also analyzed the two method origins, the operation principle, and the operation sequence and so on.Secondly, the author next introduces physical geographical conditions, the tourism resources. Using the data which is received by six months of investigation and the Long Hua County Culture and Tourism Bureau, Mao Jing-ba forest management provided,we achieve that the value of the forest recreation resources of Mao Jing-ba is 400,405,070,000,000 Yuan/2010 by using the CVM and TCM.Furthermore, this study also shows that residents of forest recreation resou-rces, whose willingness to pay are affected by the age, occupation, income, ed-ucation and other factors. Therefore, it is an important way to increase the for-est recreation resources of Mao Jing-ba, such that economic development to in-crease income of residents, great publicity, education and other positive factorsFinally, the paper discussed the problems of the study, pointed out the lack of application of the method, and the lack of data analysis. It is also provide a reference for the construction management of the Mao Jing-ba forest.
