The Safety Management Research Of R Construction Project Based On PDCA

Currently, maybe the largest scale infrastructure is carried out in history of our country, the construction project has the characteristics that which needs larger investment and more staff members, so to avoid the accidents in the process of construction, it is more important to emphasize safety management in construction project. This paper takes R construction project as research object, studying on the safety management model of R construction project comprehensively and detailedly, in order to search a kind of scientific and comprehensive safety management model of construction project and implement the comprehensive pre-control on construction project process.Firstly, this paper analyses the status of safety management and problems in R construction project. In R construction project management, the lack of perfect safety management model, the lack of improvement power and the lack of scientific safety evaluation technique are the main problems. Secondly, through the deep analysis of the status of safety management and problems in R construction project, the PDCA model which comes from quality management is believed that it can provide a new model which is more comprehensive and scientific for R construction project.Through the incessant cycle composed of Plan, Do, Check, Advance, the ability of safety management is increased effectively and the model of safety management is improved in the construction project. And in a large sense, the comprehensive safety pre-control is realized. At last, the safety management model of R construction project which is based on the PDCA model needs corresponding guarantee system which is composed of safety management mechanism, safety management legal and safety management culture. And a perfect guarantee system can make safety management model of R construction project performed effectively.
