In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous improvement of social production level,the rapid development of urbanization,the construction industry is also experiencing unprecedented rapid development.Nowadays,the construction industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy.The government has constantly issued new policies to support the construction industry,which is undoubtedly the golden period that the construction industry has never experienced.But at the same time,we should also be able to notice that the construction industry is constantly developing and meeting new challenges.The living environment of each construction enterprise is getting worse day by day,and the competition environment is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to survive in the cruel market environment,the construction quality is undoubtedly the top priority.Only by continuously strengthening the quality control in the construction process,can the construction quality be effectively improved.This paper analyzes the quality management problems in the construction project by looking up the relevant literature and field investigation,taking the Shengrong Wanheng Fucheng Mingdi community phase I project as a case study,first introduces the background and significance of the construction quality control research,then studies the advanced construction quality management control methods at home and abroad,facing Fucheng Mingdi This paper analyzes the problems in the first phase of the project,compares the actual situation of the second phase of the project in Mingdi community of Fucheng,combines the problems in the quality control of the second phase of the project,the key and difficult points of the quality control,the construction quality objectives,and the successful experience of similar projects in the construction quality control,and carries out the quality control of the second phase of the project through the PDCA cycle quality control method In order to ensure that the phase II project can achieve the quality objectives set in advance and successfully pass the completion acceptance.After the completion and acceptance of the second phase of the project,the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to objectively and fairly evaluate the quality of the second phase of the project,so as to ensure that the construction quality of the second phase of the project is continuously qualified,and the second phase is beyond the expected goal.In this paper,through the study of the construction quality control of the second phase project of Mingdi community in Fucheng,the effective methods in the process of solving the construction quality problems are studied,which can provide reference for the construction quality control of various projects in the construction industry in the future.
