The wind power is a kind of clean energy that is renewable and pollution-free, easy direct use of natural force. The development and utilization of wind energy have the huge development potential under the double pressures of conventional energy dries and global ecological environment worsening. This topic researchs inaugurate a new utilization method of wind energy, it can greatly save non-renewable energy consumption when wind directly use in production. This paper designed a wind-power hybrid control system based on PLC, and analysed the function of each factor to control system. This system chose Siemens S7-200 series of PLCCPU226CN as core controller based on PLC hardware and system control requirements, and the hardware was configurated. In this paper firstly completed a PLC hardware connection plan, and then the design of the CPU module and the electrical design of extension module, voltage and current detection for motor and motor synthesized protection was designed too. At last designed the PLC control procedures by Siemens PLC programming software STEP7 Mirco/WIN, according to the control requirements. This paper summarized the work in the end and proposed the next work content.
