The hydraulic motor of coal drill is heavy, low reliability and cannot use emulsion as working medium, so this paper selects non-circular gear transmission to solve the problems. Non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor is a kind of low speed&high torque hydraulic motor, which little volume, oil-resistant, high is pressure, and work with emulsion compared with the other types of hydraulic motors. The research of non-circular gear hydraulic motor has great significance for developing non-circular gear applications, reducing costs and keeping mine production safety.The paper makes a program about one compact, more stable hydraulic motor by analyzing the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor structure and principle. To design non-circular planetary gear by using non-circular gear design theory. The paper sets the function about sun gear and internal ring gear of the pitch curve and makes the mathematical model, which solved by MATLAB software and displayed by picture, by studying the non-circular planetary gear mechanism of the movement. It calculates the design formula of tooth profile about the analytical method and has the practical application of tooth profile conversion method with AutoCAD& Pro/E software software to establish a non-circular gear tooth profile model by using non-circular gear tooth profile generation principle. The paper does a research about planetary gear train movement and gets speed & acceleration formula about planetary gear and movement formula between sun gear with ring gear in the conversion institutions. To determine the structure of 46 hydraulic motor by analyzing the structure of several non-circular gear hydraulic motors. The focus is to get the valve plate design with the non-circular gear hydraulic motor flow theory. By modeling of valve controlling motor, conversation equations of energy and torque were built, static and dynamic capabilities of modeling were analyzed. After simulation by Simulink, Curvilinear relations of jumpings (of motor flow rate, load) with rotation rate were got.
