Non-circular gear hydraulic motor is a new type of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor,which is combined with the non-circular gear,planetary gear wheel,gear motor to invent,the motor is mainly composed of non-circular gear wheel,valve plate,end cap,output shaft,shell and other components.Because of its simple and compact structure,small volume under same displacement,high volume efficiency,the small pulse rate and other advantages,it has been widely used in the mining,shipbuilding,construction and other fields.This paper studies 4-6 order of non-circular gear hydraulic motor for the sun gear for highorder elliptical and designs the structure of the motor and analyses the performance of the motor.Firstly,I master the basis of working principle of non-circular gear hydraulic motor and the design theory of non-circular gear,and design the structure of internal mechanism of the motor,for example the system of non-circular gear,port plate,output shaft and other structure,and establishing the model of the motor.On this basis,the finite element analysis of the core components of the motor conduct is carried out,and on the problem of low efficiency during installing the motor,proposing the solution of reversing to install.Secondly,according to the assignment rule of motor and the periodic changes of seal cavity with the rotational angle of the sun gear,analyzing theoretical displacement of the motor by the methods of computation and graphing,and brief analysis pulse rate of the motor by the method of instantaneous cross-sectional area to enter into the oil chamber with the sun angle changes reflect the motor flow pulsation.According to the particularity internal structure of the motor,acquiring the leaked way of the motor,using viscous fluid mechanics theory to establish leakage model of the sun gear and valve plate,the planetary gear and valve plate,so deriving expressions of internal leakage and loss of power,obtaining the optimal solutions of clearances by the principle of minimum power loss.The two valve plate generate static deformation under hydraulic pressure and affect the axial clearance of the motor,on the base of analyzing this static deformation,giving a method that design the thickness the ring gear,planetary gear,sun gear as ladder shape to control surface clearance,and ensure the normal operation of motor and reduce the amount of leakage and in order to improve the overall efficiency of the motor.Finally,I analyze the factors that influence of non-circular gear motor starting torque theory on theoretical perspective,and simulate the starting performance under no-load and load by software.I comprehend the technology of variable-speed motor and traditional hydraulic circuit,and design non-circular gear variable speed hydraulic motor speed control circuit and simulating pump speed control circuit and valve speed control circuit,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each other,designing compound speed circuit,the speed of the motor to reach the most optimal.
