Noncircular gear hydraulic motor is made up of noncircular gear train; valve plate, front and back end cover parts, etc. Noncircular gear applied in hydraulic motor is a bold innovation. The motor has a simple structure, high efficiency, high torque at low speed, good speed regulation performance and other characteristics, especially the characteristics of strong ability to oil resistant pollution appeal to more attention.Firstly, this paper takes 4-6 order of noncircular gear as an example to research the structure and performance of noncircular gear hydraulic motor. A brief overview of the design concept of noncircular gear is provided. The pitch curve and noncircular gear tooth profile is designed by using programming software on the basis of a large number of refer to literature and the three-dimensional model is completed.Secondly, the valve plate of this motor is designed according to the characteristics of the pitch curve and the match flow principle. Which the number, location and shape has completed in three-dimensional model. And its sealing is briefly analyzed.Thirdly, the instantaneous motion process of adjacent planetary wheel of noncircular gear is presented according to the characteristics of the planets and the solar wheel pitch curve with the method of the chord length and arc length of planetary wheel is analyzed on the effect of rotation angle of sun gear, which provided a theoretical method for the research of non-circular gear instantaneous movementFinally, the performance of the motor is researched principally. The instantaneous displacement of the motor is analyzed based on the instantaneous motion analysis of planetary wheel. The moment of the hydraulic motor is researched. And the driving moment that different kind of hydraulic motor is contrasted. The results showed that the hydraulic motor of noncircular gear offered the smaller pulsation and better stability of driving moment which can reduce the shock and noise at work and embodies the superiority of this kind of motor. The effect of this kind of motor torque and flow rule is conducted in-depth analysis, which provided the bright prospects for the study of hydraulic motor.
