In this paper, the actual use of conveyor belt was loaded simulation. Based on "MT668-2008 national coal industry standard", the contents of the above, research and design the experiment platform for the dynamic durable performance test of the conveyor belt. The experiment platform can effectively judge the quality of conveyor belt joint, to reduce fracture incidence of conveyor belt joint. Therefore, it has broad prospects for development.In this paper, the working principle and the work characteristics of belt conveyor were discussed. According to its working principle and the specific requirements of laboratory equipment, determine the experimental parameters, and put forward specific program of experiments. Conveyor belt and conveyor belt joint technology were discussed, and the dynamic durability of conveyor belt was analyzed. The author designed a hydraulic control system with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the core. It's possible to use electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve to regulate the oil-pressure. In order to control the telescopic hydraulic cylinder force, to meet the data requirements of conveyor belt tension experiment. In order to maintain synchronous of two hydraulic cylinder, the author designed a synchronous hydraulic control system with proportional directional valve as the core.And a variety of synchronous hydraulic control system is studied and analyzed. Each component of hydraulic control system was Selected and Calculated. Electrical control system based on PLC was designed, and the principle and program of electrical control system were drawn. The speed, max load, min load and experimental period of conveyor belt were controlled. Finally, by mechanical device, hydraulic control system and electrical control system integrated, the experimental platform of rubber belt joint dynamic durable was set up.
