| This paper set up dynamics model of belt conveyor, emulates the process of break off, analyze the breaking off problem of the belt conveyor and design the catch equipment and its control system in allusion to belt breaking.According to the combination of the classical friction theory based on Newton geostatic and Euler's formula and modern dynamics analyses of belt conveyor, this paper put up particular mechanics analyzing toward unsteady predicament (start and brake) of belt conveyor. For the far cry conveyor belt, this paper particularly explain the force on the belt in unsteady predicament, and put up breaking principle dynamics simulate experiment with MATLAB software, analyzing the results of start and brake dynamical simulation.At last, according to the front theory in this paper, we design the catch equipment and its control system. |
