| Aircraft-calibrator is of great significance for ensuring firing precision of airborne armament system. Traditional method for aircraft-calibrator is complex, time-consuming and laborious, in order to improve the traditional method, a practicable method is schemed in the paper, and the optical systems for this method is designed.Double optical path is adopted in the system, the angle displacement of mechanical axis is measured by image displacement, and the digital results is obtained by imaging sensor and digital process system, according to the results armament system is adjusted until meeting right space location. The designed optical systems include three subsystems: autocollimator system, zoomed telescope system, and illumination system, two functions be achieved: center alignment of the under testing device and measurement units, and measuring of angle displacement of the under testing device. Autocollimator system and zoomed telescope system working as a whole realize center alignment, building measuring benchmark for subsequent angle measuring, then telescope system is unloaded and autocollimator system is used to measure the angle displacement. In order to avoid the affect of environment, illumination system use the high-performance LED as light source. Working distance of aircraft-calibrator vary from 200mm to 3000mm, during the process of center alignment, telescope system is zoomed to compensate the change in working distance, the results shows that the system can image well when working at different working distance. When measuring angle displacement, there is a decline in the measurable angle range with the increasing of working distance, by image simulation the imaging results for any working distance is proved to be competent for the practical measuring. Illumination system collects illumination emitting form LEDs effectively, illumination analysis indicate that illumination uniformity in the reticle is well achieved, and illumination in CCD is enough for normal operating. |
