Study On Landscape Update Of Old Residential Areas In Shangcheng Dristrict Hangzhou

Old Urban Residential Areas of Hangzhou are widely distributed in large number.And thelandscape update has played an important role in urban construction, building "city with a high qualityof life".This paper try to build the landscape evaluation system in residential areas by the methods ofconsulting a large number of documents, interview, expert consultation and department of professionalexperience. And built an analytic hierarchy model including three levels of aim,project and element.Aimlevel is the general aim in landscape update of old residential areas ;project level is constituted 5aspects,including function value,view value,ecological value,cultural values and social value.At thesame time,element level contains 21 factors.This paper also has constructed the prop ortional evaluationindex program which includes the coordination of fix quantifying and fixes qualifying analysis,andmulti-factor,multi-level integrated taxis.The evaluation systern can calculate the precise proportionalindex which affects the old residential areas environment quality by applying level analysis. Then werating score to the 47 old residential areas environment quality through the community landscapeenvironment evaluation index system.The seventh,the residential district is too noisy to be a garden.We use EXCEL data processing, and analyze on the treatment results. Then we analyze the uptownold residential landscape environment from function value, ornamental value, ecological value, culturalvalue and society value, and points out the problem.First,the parking space is insufficient seriously,andthe distribution is not reasonable. Second,no water scene in the district,and the public facilities isinsufficient.Third,the seasonal changes in plants is insufficient,as well as the abundance of the plantcolor and the flowering plants. The fourth,ratio of green space is very low,and the per capita publicgreen land area is insufficiency.The fifth,the plant species diversity is poor.And the native plants arelack.The sixth,the connectivity between the landscape and the surrounding environment is poor.At last,We proposed the landscape environmental renovation opinions in Shangcheng dristrict oldresidential.In the process of transformation,emphasizing mechanism system optimization,each classparticipation and organic update.Analysising the transformation method from seven aspects.
