| Because of the vehicle types change so fast, each vehicle factory should improve the design,operating,space and safety to satisfy the customer requirement. The minivan improving direction is to seek more big space and carrying capacity. So the rear floor board of the vehicle body must make stronger to meet the new requirement.The underbody is the key component of the body, the framework welding on the underbody. The underbody of the car composing by frond,middle and rear underbody, the dimension of this parts almost small, and the structure almost have many piece of partsBecause of the low price minivan face to the country customer. Because the country road is complex, the minivan must have a big space and good carrying capacity. So the underbody must have integrated structure, especially for rear underbody to meet the low cost and strong body requirement. However, we have very little reference book to talk about the minivan underbody, most of experience from the plant practice. Plant have used the CAE technology to analysis and optimized the body design, we got a lot improvement and economy benefit, but at the same time exposed many problems, we lack of experience to analysis the body strength and assessment index. Example, we do the stress analysis for the chair seat install point on the underbody, the force,the force direction,boundary restriction,application have many different options. So we must use the road test to verify and change the design, and don't have a good method to analysis the craze of the underbody, so we have many wrong result from the analysis report that the point should not have the craze but have. Finally we must change the structure again and again. These problems caused the time was delayed and the cost was increased, and lower the competition of product, especially for the company benefit.This thesis is to solve the real craze, and combine the engineer design experience from CAE, and find the best structure to meet the company requirement, and also summarized the CAE analysis method for under body design. Satisfied the company low cost high value and fast responsiveness requirement.This thesis lean to practice engineering, combine the engineer experience and CAE new technology to solve the craze problems. This analysis got a lot effect, but the deep theory still need to lucubrate and summarize.. |
