The idea of industrial engineering exists through all styles from the traditional mode of Ford to fine production mode of Toyota to the application of various advanced production technology based on IT. Facing the situation that our manufacturing is huge but not strong, enterprises have to start from the foundation of industrial engineering to motivate productivity development by a series of integration and optimization in order to change the status in the international cooperation and realize industry upgrade.The thesis focuses on the combination of the basic theory of industrial engineering and practice, and it primarily introduces the research background and purpose, synthesizing domestic and foreign manufacturing application and development. It points out that foundation of industrial engineering is an indispensable way to our manufacturing industrialization and modernization. It elaborates the method study and the work measurement in operation research theory and fixes the method available for the research. Then the thesis adopts certain make of air filter assembly line, the environmental product with huge market potential as research object combining the situation in which the output of the assembly line is hard to meet the demand of market and uses "5W1H" questioning and "ECRS" techniques to putting forward the modified plan,to which applys the standardization of work condition and operation of assembly line in operation research to make the design more reasonable and the logistic more smooth by standard management and improvement on the operation method and the tool option.The plan divides 13 pieces of work procedures into 48 work units and does the work measurement respectively after calculation and allowance to reach the standard work time and make the basic level for operation of every station. Finally the thesis finds the bottleneck procedure for restricting the productivity rate based on standard work time.In order to shorten the procedure, new devices are planned to purchase and questioning is used to do research balancing to assembly line, by counting before and after balancing. The effects of improvement and the balance of the devices should be analyed. The research proves that the foundation of industrial engineering is suitable for our manufacturing technology and management, and its application can improve the efficiency of enterprises and reduce waste and increase profits effectively. The research method in the thesis has fine operationability and offer reference for technicians working in the field of industrial engineering. |
