The Project Quality Management System Research Of Xi'an Shiyou University Library Project In HuXian

Project quality management is an important component of the modern project management , is the core project management, which is the key to determine the success of project construction . The effective operation of this system is the vital part of project quality management , is an important way to improve the quality and organizational performance.This paper is based on the project quality management system of HuXian, Xi'an Shiyou University Campus Library as the research object , analyzed the status of the project quality management and quality management problems. Meanwhile, based on the study of total quality management system TQM and ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system proposed the adjustments to the project quality management system, the general idea and strategies in order to optimize the quality of management effectiveness, and to create high-quality engineering, excellent quality engineering has some significance .Firstly, the theory of quality management is outlined in the analysis of total quality management and ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system features, and on the basis of both of them were compared ,to establish HuXian, Xi'an Shiyou University Campus Library Project TQM -ISO quality management system provides a theoretical basis. Secondly, the project analyzes the current quality management system, from the overall framework of quality management system, the construction units, the construction company of the three aspects to find out problems in quality management, and analyzes the causes of the problem. Finally, the study integrates the total quality management and ISO9001: 2000 quality management system to build in HuXian, Xi'an Shiyou University Campus Library Project TQM-ISO quality management system. This section is the core of the paper introducing the idea of building system structure , and respectively described three aspects of the overall framework of the system, the construction units and the construction company. The construction units employ the total quality management system to construct the quality management system, the construction enterprises according to ISO9001 : 2000 quality management system to build a quality management system, and finally, analyzed and discussed the project TQM-ISO quality management system of the mechanism: the quality of oversight mechanisms, organization and coordination mechanisms, quality system control mechanism and quality improvement mechanisms; and from the quality education , standardization work , metrological work , quality information system and quality management accountability of five aspects proposed security measures for HuXian, Xi'an Shiyou University Campus Library Project TQM-ISO quality management system .
