The rapid development of the social economy has promoted the intensification of human activities,the deterioration of the ecological environment,and the destruction of ecosystems.The river system has been destroyed to varying degrees,resulting in weakening of river functions.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that Green mountains and clear water are equal to mountains of gold and silver.And the whole country has begun to pay more and more attention to the protection of the ecological environment.The river is one of the important components of the city and is more valued.In order to meet the needs of new urban construction,The river comprehensive management project is increasing day by day.The management of project quality,including quality evaluation and assessment,is an important work of quality control and construction management in the construction process of water conservancy projects.At present,the quality assessment of water conservancy and hydropower is basically complete,but in practical applications.It has also been continuously improved,and it has been widely used in the implementation of project quality management.However,the current quality assessment and evaluation system also has many defects such as subjective influence of evaluation conclusions.Many domestic scholars have made these defects.A lot of research and discussion.Modern comprehensive evaluation is an emerging research field with multi-disciplinary edge crossing,mutual penetration and multi-point support.It has been widely used in management science,economic benefit evaluation,engineering evaluation,etc.Modern comprehensive evaluation method establishes mathematical model through evaluation index.Give the evaluation object an evaluation value,and use a certain comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the evaluation result,select or sort,and finally make the decision.In recent years,some scholars have applied the fuzzy comprehensive method,AHP,artificial neural network and grey relational theory in the modern comprehensive evaluation method to the quality evaluation of hydraulic engineering,and obtained the conclusion of high credibility,which also proves the modern synthesis.The feasibility of the evaluation method applied in the quality evaluation of hydraulic engineering.In order to further strengthen the improvement of water environment and ecological environment,and promote urban construction,it is necessary to study the advanced river ecological management,advanced treatment technology and quality control in the process of governance.This paper studies the quality control methods in the bank protection methods in the three ecological comprehensive treatment projects,and provides reasonable quality assurance for the relevant water conservancy ecological comprehensive treatment projects in the Jingyue District and surrounding areas.This paper focuses on the descriptive evaluation and detection data indicators of river course engineering quality evaluation based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method theory,establishes the evaluation model and comprehensively judges,so as to initially determine the feasibility of the method,combined with the actual project,and the current The conclusions of the river management project quality assessment are compared and the quality of the river treatment project is comprehensively analyzed.
