In construction machinery, hydraulic system is one of critical core components, and the reliability of hydraulic system is essential to the performance of loader. The simulation, analysis and research about dynamic performance of loader hydraulic system provide the theory for the improvement of the optimization of the performance of the loader, which can shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of development and research.This issue focused on the hydraulic system of certain model loader and completed the modeling and simulation for hydraulic system of working devices with software--SimulationX, established the dynamic model of the entire machine, got the dynamic performances of the entire machine, pressure-flow characteristics of the machine's hydraulic system at different loads and other performance indexes.This paper completed the several following works:established the modeling of working devices and the components of wheel loader hydraulic system, analyzed the dynamic performances and parameters of the hydraulic system of working devices and the components; established the multi-body dynamics modeling of the mechanical structure of working devices and analyzed analyzing pressure-flow characteristics and other parameters. Through a series of experiments, test the dynamic properties of work devices under different conditions, and compare the experimental results with the simulation model, which can provide data support for further improving the simulation modeling, as well as provide the actual basis for the research of optimization and matching of the hydraulic system based on the established modeling.This paper accomplished the modeling of all the work devices and the hydraulic system of the entire loader, which obtained ideal simulation results; Compared with the experimental data, which provided the modeling reference for technical improvement and optimization of loader system in the future; Analyze the pressure loss of the hydraulic system of work devices, and advanced some improvement projects. By simulation and experimental study of hydraulic system modeling of wheel loader, grasped the static and dynamic performance of hydraulic system of wheel loader comprehensively, including pressure-flow characteristics, flow pulsation, the pressure transient state peak and shock, the response characteristics of the components in different operating conditions to optimize the designed parameters, building the foundation of the optimization of the system performance of the entire system's hydraulic system.
