L Company Assembly Workshop Site Management System Construction Study

The paper utilizes some theory and methods about 6S, installment management and visual management to design an foundational management optimization plan about the assembly workshop of Shandong LDB Automobile Lighting Co., Ltd.First of all,I study the workshop, then analyze the Workshop plane arrangement,data flow chart,machines,people etc of the assembly management situation, find the problems.Furthermore, design optimization plans to solve these problems. The design plans are consisted of space distribution, nameplate design, color indication, workbench layout,nameplate of the goods in process, shelf design, propaganda pictures design, management board design and work routine optimization and so on. In order to make the plan conducted successfully,I design several implement steps in the end of the paper, conclude about founding a specialized word team, make work goals and plans propaganda education,plans tryout and assessment.through the implementation of the plans,the assembly workshop will avoid waste, improve goods quality and raise total benefits of the assembly workshop.
