The Production Facility Layout Design Of Phase Ⅱ Of Z Company Workshop

Reasonable workshop facility layout is one of the important factors to reduce production costs, increase productivity, improve product competitiveness. Currently, there are many domestic and foreign studies on large-scale manufacturing facility layout, partial heuristic algorithms applied to this area by many researchers. This paper selected Z company as the main object, integrated the system layout planning (SLP) and genetic algorithms (GA), and researched on phase Ⅱ of Z Company workshop facility layout, and offered the workshop facility layout design. The main contents of this paper include:Firstly, based on the status of domestic and foreign research on workshop facility layout, through theoretical analyzed to make sure thesis research direction. After studied on basic theoretical knowledge of the workshop facility layout, gave a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages layout system planning (SLP), and analyzed the use of workshop facility layout mathematical model and genetic algorithms (GA) in the workshop facility layout, meanwhile, cleared thesis research methods.Secondly, analyzed Z Company produced organization, including process, fixed working hours, equipment demand etc., obtained the original elements of system layout planning(SLP) on workshop facilities layout. According to the original elements of the operating unit, analyzed the relationship between logistics, under the real constraints, carried out the mathematical modeling, selected the total cost of logistics amount among each operating units each other as the objective function, calculated the optimal layout scheme meets the objective function.Thirdly, adjust the proposal by the comprehensive relationship through system layout planning (SLP) method to calculate the operating units each other. And elected the best scheme by point assessment Act, which was conformed with the actual situation of Z Company.Finally, proposed material handling design and the internal layout scheme of the operating units, and created6S on-site management system of phase II Z Company workshop.
