The Production Facility Layout Design Of D Company Workshop

Scientific facility layout is an important means for enterprises to improve production efficiency. Many large state-owned enterprises in China have seriously reduced the efficiency of enterprise production activities because of the problems in the facility layout of the workshop. In this paper, we choose Dongfang AREVA company as the main object of study and apply the system layout planning (SLP) in the production workshop layout. This article includes the following several aspects.In this paper, combined with the system arrangement (SLP), with AREVA Dongfang Company as the main object of study, the production workshop layout. This article includes the following several aspects.First of all, we point out the background and significance of the production organization in the production workshop of the manufacturing industry, so as to clarify the focus of this paper. Then the paper analyzes the literature of the layout and determines the research methods and contentsas well as the technical route of the research.Secondly, this paper mainly expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge, which is the foundation for further practical application. Then, the relevant theoretical analysis includes: operational research and manufacturing systems engineering, facilities planning and design, facility layout, and system layout planning (SLP).Once again, we apply the SLP technology in the D company to start the layout of the facility layout design. Firstly, the production organization of the production plant is analyzed (process flow, man hour quota). The original elements of SLP are obtained. Then, according to the elements of the workshop, the relationship between the logistics and non logistics is established.Moreover, according to the demand of D company production workshop layout, we put forward scientific and reasonable layout of the facilities layout. At the same time, we alse figure out improvement measures, including reasonable handling design and 6S site management.Finally, we summarize the full text. In addition, we also discuss the limitations of the original data collection process in the enterprise workshop. Thus, We discuss the directions for further research in this paper.
