Site management is an important part of enterprise management, which not only directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises, but also related to the enterprise’s reputation and image. With the rapid development of economy and technology, production scale expanded and hardware facilities improved, the low level site management will seriously affect the competitiveness of enterprises and restrict the sustainable development of enterprises. Lifan motorcycle division as the important part of Lifan Company, consecutive years ranked highest in Chongqing motorcycle exports and has created the huge economic benefits for many years. In recent years, with the changing of the environment department, upgrading hardware and the relative lack of site management level, has become the focus attention of the business department. This paper, based on the theory of site management, combining with the current situation of Lifan motorcycle division, made a series of improved scheme, the main work and results are as follows:Firstly, it analyzes the situation of the motorcycle industry and the competition environment of Lifan motorcycle division. By researching and analyzing the theory and application situation of domestic and foreign site management, it make it clear that the site management is vital to the development of enterprises and domestic site management exists shortages. According to content and control elements of site management theory, summarized the methods and tools of site management theory, which mainly introduced the site logistics management and site "7S" management.Secondly, Lifan motorcycle production situation is studied deeply, and series of problems are found. Aimed at these problems, the paper uses site logistics and "7S" theory, optimized the paths of site logistics, improved the site process layout, formulated scheme of site material delivery; standardize specifications of site material tools. Moreover, the visual management and location management promote site "7S" management activity, site logos are unified and the items placed specification, which create a clean, comfortable, staff’s self-management production environment, site management level and the work efficiency have been improved.Finally, each Program has been applied in the field of Lifan Motorcycle division, which brings considerable economic benefits and promotes lean production process of the company.
