Passengers guidance and transfer service is an important part of the modernization operation for urban rail transit hub, but also an important method to realize effective organizing and management of passenger flows in urban rail transit hub station. At present, because of large transfer passengers, the complex structure and lack of traffic information services, the urban rail transit hub is in the status of low transfer efficiency but high consumption of time, which has a serious impact on the convenience of urban rail transit traveling. Therefore, how to provide better traffic information services, guiding passengers to entry into the hub and making a fast transfer, so as to promote the transfer efficiency of the urban rail hub ransport and to reduce the consumption of traveling time, has become an important issue for the managers of urban urban rail transit hub.The purpose of guidance and transfer system is to provide information services for passengers and to guide passengers to achieve some behaviors including spatial orientation and path selection. So, the research on guidance and transfer system of urban rail transit hub will do good to the functions achievement and improvement of transfer and distribution efficiency.Based on research Analysis of domestic and foreign, this paper analyzes the definition, role, classification and the influencing factors for setting. Then, this paper focuses on the setting of guidance and transfer system, proposes a model for outside-guidance system based on attractting more passengers and a method for setting transfer system based on passenger flow analysis. After that, this paper builds an index system for the evaluation of guidance and transfer system and a fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, this paper designed and evaluated the layout scheme of guidance and transfer system for Xin jiekou station.
