With the modernization of the China's army, Informationization becomes an inevitable trend to military manufacturing enterprises. Collaborative Manufacturing Execution System is developed from the traditional MES, and combined with the collaboration theory. It is referred to as the next generation production management system. It is the important part in collaborative and informationization manufacturing. Therefore, how to build the c-MES that can meet the needs of discrete military manufacturing enterprises is an siganifi task, and needs further study.Based on the study of the development of c-MES, the requirement of the c-MES was analyzed, then the architecture of c-MES for the collaboration manufacturing of discrete military manufacturing enterprises was built, and the functional model of the system was establish by UML. Based on the c-MES, the multi-plant collaborative planning and scheduling technology was studied. Combined with characteristics and classification of the discrete military enterprises'planning and scheduling problem, a multi-plant planning and scheduling processes was built. Then a collaboration genetic algorithm for multi-plant planning and scheduling problem was designed, and it was confirmed effective through an actual calculation. After that, the detail design of planning and scheduling subsystem of c-MES was designed. Based on the c-MES, the data acquisition and processing technology was studied. By the study in the classification and acquisition method of production data, a multi-plant production data acquisition solution was designed. Combining with the overall architecture of c-MES, the detail software architecture of data acquisition and processing subsystem was built. In order to ensure the consistency of the production data from multi-plant, the production data was been classified and modeled uniformly. After that, the detail design of data acquisition and processing subsystem of c-MES is designed.According to the research of above key technologies, the collaborative manufacturing execution systems was developed by using database,.NET, Web Service and other related technologies. Though the system running instance, the c-MES system been proved effective and feasible, and could meet the actual demand of application enterprise.
