| In China, coal-fired generation's high proportion and serious pollution problems need to be solved; some non-hydro renewable energy generations are poor stability and effected by region and season. Nature gas "Combined Cooling Heating and Power"(CCHP) has many advantages such as clean, reliable, flexible and safe, however, its comprehensive benefits and market economy are still lack of in-depth study, making its development greatly restricted.This paper first analyzes China's power generation current situation, the world's power generation structure and nature gas generation background; introduces principle of nature gas CCHP and its advantages, disadvantages; reaches a conclusion that development of China's natural gas generation is very necessary and urgent.According to the pollutant emission rate of power generation and pollutant's environment value, calculates power generation external cost and total cost; compares coal-fired power plants generation's and natural gas CCHP generation's total costs' difference, non-hydro renewable energy generation's and natural gas CCHP generation's internal costs'difference.Second, introduces natural gas CCHP gas-fired units'peaking characteristics and China's time-of-use (TOU) electricity price system, establishes a TOU electricity price optimization model which bases on semi-trapezoidal membership function to divide peak normal and valley periods, bases on demand price elasticity of user response to determine price initially and bases on dual objective function of peak and valley optimal pricing model to determine the final optimal demand side peak normal and valley sales electricity price and three periods'price ratio; treats natural gas CCHP tariff under single price as normal period tariff after implementation of TOU electricity price, according to the obtained three periods'sales price ratio, determines natural gas CCHP's peaking tariff when it works as" peaking power plant". Gives a practical example, uses MATLAB in model calculation and draws three-dimensional grid graphs of the solution process.This paper also uses genetic algorithm in the solution of the optimal demand side peak normal and valley sales electricity price, verifies the accuracy of the results of common loop search; at the same time provides a reference for genetic algorithm' application in the demand side TOU electricity price optimize problem areas. Third, constructs a set of nature gas CCHP market economy influence factor index system and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to get each index's weight.Finally, this paper uses Visual Basic software system to set up a visual platform, interactively input and output dates with the visual interface, achieve natural gas CCHP benefit analysis and market research related calculation's intelligentization and maneuverability; and gives some recommendations which can promote the development of natural gas CCHP market such as recommendations about natural gas price, hot and cold energy prices and development policy. |
