| To achieve the sustainable development of railway transportation, the relationship between railway construction and the environment must be studied clearly in the railway routing stage, in order to protect environment well.With the expansion of the scale of the railway project, higher standard of work breadth and depth is required in the railway Environmental Impact Assessment work. Therefore, based on Environmental Impact Assessment (referred to as the EIA),railway routing technology in the green railway routing field is studied in this paper, by the developing Geographical Information System (referred to as the GIS) technology in the environment protection and public transportation field.Contents:(1) The railway routing technology based on EIA, by using GIS in the. NET Framework is comprehensive analysed and researched.(2) The research data of EIA projects carried out both domestic and abroad is referred, and the relationship between railway and the environment is analysed, so as evaluation index system is established.(3)The achievements of previous research are studied and improved, and a new generation of railway routing system based on EIA is developed.The good compatibility between C#.net and ArcGIS Engine is full used and the present software is improved. While routing, environmental sensitive level value is used to stand for the environment characteristic, generate environmental sensitive level figure. AHP is utilized to get the weight superposition sensitive level figure.The route selection is guided by indicating the minimum environment sensitive corridor. New index system is rebuilt by the matrix method, and the weight of evaluation factors are conformed by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The database of the environmental impact prediction evaluation model is built, and different radii of the buffer area are used to show the difference of the environment impaction from different factors. Quantitative prediction is used to reflect the influence of the present routing area, an overall assessment is created to help us to choose the optimal alignment.(4)Chongqing to Guiyang capacity improvement project is taken as an example using the railway routing system in to application based on EIA. |
