Enveronmental Impact Assessment Of Green Railway Alignment Selection

Railway construction has been an important part of the national infrastructure construction,which brings huge economic benefits and social benefits as one of the important ways to stimulate the national economic growth.Along with the development of the economy,the railway and railway construction will inevitably occupy and destroy the land,the surrounding natural environment and resources are affected,causing soil erosion,vegetation damage,breaking the ecological balance,etc.Green Railway Alignment Selection,is to avoid and solve the environmental problems in the railway project planning and design stage.That is to consider the environmental protection at the beginning of the railway construction,which means to fully consider the impact of the railway construction and operation on the surrounding environment and to carefully design,so that the railway construction and environmental development are integrated and coordinated,then the environmental problems will not be caused after the completion of the railway.There are six parts in this essay.The first part is introducing the research background,research intention,and so on.The second part introduces the related theories,including the development of the railway alignment design,the content and characteristics of the green railway selection,the environmental impact of the traditional railway construction,etc.The third part introduces the main influence of the railway location on the environment,including the impact of the railway construction on the ecological environment,hydrological environment and so on,this part in the article also introduces the environmental impact of the green railway selection.In the fourth part,the influence of the green railway selection on the environment is evaluated,including the environmental impact identification and evaluation index system,the environmental impact analysis,prediction and evaluation of the green railway selection,and the sustainable development of green railway selection.In the fifth part,taking the EIA of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Inter-City railway planning as an example,through the research of environmental sensitivity,ecological integrity evaluation and so on,we can learn that the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-City railway planning in line meets the requirements of the green railway selection,and maximize the protection of local resources and environment.The last part is the summary of the paper.
