Route selection is a multi-objective decision-making problem that requires the consideration of many factors and objectives such as function, safety, economy and environment. These objects are sometimes contradictory and conflicting. How to coordinate and balance the relationship between these objects, and then seek the optimal target route is an important issue that has plagued us for a long time.Constrained by the limitations of design methods and computational models, traditional highway route selection methods and their evaluation systems are difficult to coordinate the relationship between multiple objectives. This method has defects such as constrained by expert experience,subjectiveness,over-emphasis on a certain goal and neglect of other goals.Based on this, this paper combines the development results of mathematical technology and high-resolution image survey and design technology to solve the problem above, and conducts in-depth research on highway multi-target route plan and environmental impact assessment. This paper deeply analyzes the research status of highway route selection method and evaluation system, and puts forward the research approach of highway multi-target route plan and environmental impact assessment. The definition of highway multi-objective route plan and environmental impact assessment is expounded, the main content and research target of highway route selection and evaluation system are defined, and the highway route plan evaluation model is established.combined with the characteristics of each stage of highway route selection, according to the current development and application status of highway route plan evaluation system,it is determined that the multi-objective evaluation model of the construction route plan is the core, the environmental evaluation based on high score image is the focus, and the attribute value analysis and calculation are Auxiliary system overall framework, the data requirements and functional requirements of the system are analyzed in detail.Aiming at the massive geographic data, attribute information and linear data involved in the evaluation of highway route schemes, considering the multi-objective characteristics of scheme evaluation,a multi-objective route plan and environmental impact assessment method based on high-resolution image technology and improved entropy weight TOPSIS are proposed. The calculation model of geometric linear, safety, economic and environmental attribute values of highway route schemes was established respectively, which solved the problem of geometric linearity, safety, economy and environment in the evaluation of route schemes. The TOPSIS algorithm for improving the entropy weight is designed by integrating the attribute values. The traditional TOPSIS algorithm flow is optimized, and the TOPSIS algorithm flow suitable for the highway route plan phase is constructed. The key technology of highway route plan evaluation is solved. The intelligence of highway route program evaluation laid the foundation.Based on high-resolution image processing and application technology, the environmental information of geological, hydrological and topographical features in the route corridor is extracted in the three-dimensional environment of high-resolution images, and the environmental impact assessment index system of the road route plan is established, and the environmental impact attribute is determined.Combined with the research theories and methods of the subject, the road intelligent evaluation system with multi-objective and environmental evaluation functions of the route plan was developed by means of computer programming, which provided support for the designer's decision-making and provided technical reference for the improvement and improvement of the existing system.
