With the development of high-rise buildings, the elevator, as a kind of vertical transport increasingly reflecting its importance and superiority. However, kinds of special type elevators are manufactured. In order to offer convenient means of transportation for tourist destination, buildings on slope or houses in mountainous areas, ramp elevator is needed to solve this problem. However, ramp elevator will meet some new problems in the period of designing, manufacturing, installing and running, such as, aclinic acting force acted on passenger in the period of starting and braking, downslide thrust on the underside guide way, etc.This paper is based on the engineering practice, oblique lines (arc) traction elevator adopts gearless permanent magnet synchronous machine, traction wire rope drive mode, used for maintenance personnel and below the rated load cargo transportation up and down. Its within 90°Angle, radian radius is greater than 100m. Mainly from the following several aspects are studied:In chapter 1.Introduction.The background and significance of the dissertation are introduced, the development trend and the current research situation of ramp elevator in the world are expatiated, and the main content of this dissertation are proposed.In chapter 2.Elevator system dynamics model research. Firstly the 3d software Pro/e also briefly introduced. And use its of elevator system established the important components of 3d model and research. For later chapters of the whole system are analyzed and some parameters optimization and lay the foundation.In chapter 3.Elevator system dynamic analysis. This chapter in the elevator, according to the dynamic equation based on the practical movement, we establish elevator systems vertical and horizontal vibration equation, and according to actual condition are solved. Secondly, solving out of the elevator in the whole movement speed and acceleration in the process of the vibration of the phenomenon of the elevator out root cause.In chapter 4.The guide rail structural deformation in braking process. Calculation of oblique line elevator guide rail, strength and deflection checking, and analyzed the inclined travel elevator guide rail section of mechanical properties of allowable stress and deformation requirement.In chapter 5.Elevator mechanical system dynamic optimization design. This section is mainly based mechanical dynamic system of mathematical model, and dynamic characteristics of elevator mechanical system is optimized.In chapter 6.The chief work and innovations of this dissertation have been summarized, and further research subjects have been proposed.
