With the rapid urban development and improvement of the quality of life of the residents,the important role of the elevator in the daily work and life more and more significant,so people safe and stable operation of the elevator performance more and more attention.However,in the elevator design and manufacture of small defects in the process,making the elevator running will be a variety of vibration,a large part of this can be improved by upgrading the elevator system.In improving the vibration phenomenon,people on the safety and comfort requirements of the elevator is also getting higher and higher.To improve these two requirements at the same time,we need in-depth and detailed understanding of the dynamics of the elevator running characteristics,master the characteristics of the elevator at the same time to develop control strategies to achieve the control of the elevator.Based on theoretical analysis and trial and error,this paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the elevator,designs and installs the vibration control equipment,which provides a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the elevator in theory and technology.In this paper,the research background and significance of the thesis are briefly introduced,and the progress of research on elevator dynamics,comfort research and vibration control is briefly introduced.First based on the analysis of tractive elevator system vibration to mathematical modeling,the kinetic parameters when using Lagrange equation,in turn,build traction elevator system under different degrees of freedom vibration model.Secondly,the car-cage-guidance system is set as the research object,and the elevator vibration model of horizontal direction is constructed,and the situation of horizontal vibration is discussed with Monte Karlo method.Again,the framework of analysis on the dynamic simulation of the lift system and way of thinking,put forward the vertical vibration of elevator gives harmonious response sensitivity analysis model,application of the binary coding dynamic characteristics of the genetic algorithm type byte hardware,effectively overcome the vertical vibration problem of elevator system optimization of kinetic parameters,and improve the comfort of the lift.Finally,according to the mode theory of elevator,the hammer blow experiment analysis of elevator vibration is carried out,and the new construction model proposed in this paper and the feasibility of the analysis method are verified by experimental results.
