With the development of modern traffic technology and elevator technology, all kinds of special type elevators are manufactured. In order to offer convenient means of transportation for tourist destination, buildings on slope or houses in mountainous areas, ramp elevator is needed to solve this problem. However, ramp elevator will meet some new problems in the period of designing, manufacturing, installing and running, such as, aclinic acting force acted on passenger in the period of starting and braking, downslide thrust on the underside guideway, and relaxation pheonomena of steel wires and cables because of gravity.This thesis orignates from Taizhou Bridge Elevator contracted by Suzhou Dongnan Elevator Co. Ltd, its most work is described as below:In chapter 1: Introduction. The background and significance of the dissertation are introduced, the development trend and the current research situation of ramp elvator in the world are expatiated, and the main content of this dissertation are proposed.In chapter 2: Foundation. Introduct some basic knowledge about elevator, including: elevator's configuration, how to calculate the elevator's speed curve, speed's PID control method, the cause of elevator vibration and the principal method of modal, transient response. All of these lay a basis for elevator's theoretical studying and simulation.In chapter 3: Design of variable-incline ramp elevator. Analyzing and studying aclinic accelation when ramp elevator is running in the process, force analysis of passenger in the elevator car, variety of angl of inclination; designing driving guide screw, electromechanical actuator and collectivity structure.In chapter 4: Dynamic model. The dynamic model of elevator's mechanical system. In this chapter from the system's dynamic equations, and research on the structure and vibration mechanism of elevator, a 12-degree-of-freedom dynamic model is established. In chapter 5: Simulation study. Based on before-mentioned research and analysis, simulation studing ramp elevator with MATLAB.In chapter 6: The chief work and innovations of this dissertation have been summarized, and further research subjects have been proposed.The main innovation of this thesis:1.Researching and designing variable-incline ramp elevator in order to minish aclinic acting force acted on passenger, providing a design project for advancing ramp elevator's running speed.2.By studying vertical elevator dynamic model, establishing dynamic model of ramp elevator, and using MATLAB optimization designing running variable parameter of ramp elevator, all of these laying a theory basis for designing, manufacturing and installing of ramp elevator.
