This paper conduct research which is based on wheel loader's cab.Aiming at the problems existing in the cab,such as terrible vibration and noise situation,poor seat comfort and vision problems.Cab modelling designing and comfort research has been finished in this paper on the basis of noise source identification experiment,the finite element simulation,sitting man-machine engineering factor and the theory of vision eye ellipse.(1)Noise test has been designed to get the sound pressure level data and structure vibration signal through the acoustic sensor and acceleration sensor.Based on the status quo of the cab,found out the source of the vibration and noise.(2)Based on the theory of finite element simulation and modal analysis theory,cab's finite element model has been established,to analyze the structural modal and get structure natural frequency values and the corresponding frequency of the vibration type.According to the results of modal analysis and experiment tests,large plates and beams has been redesigned to produce low-frequency vibration noise.Application of acoustic simulation software LMS,acoustic modal analysis and the coupling modal analysis was carried out on the bridge,obtained the car cavity acoustic resonance frequency and coupling frequencies,it provides reference for the cab noise reduction.(3)According to the theory of human body posture and seat design principles,analyzed the link between loader seat design parameters and the human body size,body dimension standardization database is established by the use of ergonomics,loader seat has been designed make use of the body dimension.(4)It is necessary to ensure the vision of the driver.Through the man-machine engineering design standards and international standards,to know the driver's vision requirements;through the eye ellipse research,determine the size of the eye ellipse and the size of the positioning,to analyze the vision's status quo.(5)Starting from the analysis of the function of the cab,applied ergonomics design criteria,humanized modelling design has been finished.Design results not only meet the needs of the function,at the same time ensure that the noise of the cab has appropriate environment work,good seat comfort,and open field of vision.
