In the areas of modern military, agriculture, and constructions, because of good cross-country performance, endless-track vehicles played a very important part in country construction undertakings. Endless-track vehicles integrated transmission system was one of kernel units for the whole vehicle system. Its performances directly influenced the whole vehicle's essential performances, for example, power performance, fuel economic performance, durabile performance, and so on. For traditionanl detecting method—road test method, not only was large-scale test site demanded, but also man resources, material resources, and financial resources were demanded. So, there were very important significance for studying endless-track vehicles integrated transmission system.During the course of testing endless-track vehicles integrated transmission system bench, the key factor for successful test was simulating the vehicle's travelling conditions through the test bench. In this paper, the present and development situation of endless-track vehicles integrated transmission testing bench were introduced firsly, and the specific studying objects, functions and technique indexes for the assignment were following put forward. Through the theoretical calculation of three travelling conditions for endless-track vehicles, the entire technique scheme of integrated transmission system testing bench was concluded, analyzing and selecting different types of devices, and we descided to choose variable frequency A/C motor, electric vortex dynamometer and Servo motor to bulid testing bench, which was used to simulate endless-track vehicles'three working conditions, such as, straight motion, turning direction, and clutch working. Testing the peformance of integrated transmission system, some performances, such as, master clutch on/off, gearbox shifting and running, planet steering gear turnning and braking, liquid controlling, and so on. At last, detecting and controlling system was progammed.Through all above research work, a suite of endless-track vehicles integrated transmission system bench with good performance was exploited. It could be used to doing quality assessment and fault diagnosis for integrated transmission system of endless-track vehicles repaired by maintenance and guarantee institution. Via simulating test for integrated transmission system, analyzing and processingaccording to testing data, and finding weakness, we could guarantee the maintenance quality of key units, enhance the whole reliability of integrated transmission system, so good technique status of endless-track vehicles could be made sure, all of which would offer better reference values for practical maintenance of endless-track vehicles.
