This thesis gives detailed descriptions about the status of Zhongshan power grid, the architecture of instant message in power dispatching system of Zhongshan power grid and the design and implementation of intelligent dispatching operation order system based on EMS. Besides, this paper introduces the concept of the network order system for dispatching and operation in Zhongshan power grid and a variety of business about its critical applications.These years, with Zhongshan power grid scale expansion, increasing switching operation in dispatching process, the traditional dispatching telephone order model has been unable to meet the needs of increasingly onerous dispatching operations and the requirements of safety management. So, this research on the network order system for dispatching operation in Zhongshan grid is based on these. The advantages of network are fast and convenience, which can substitute for the telephone order model because of the achievement of the dispatching order flow via an integrated data network. The network order system will bring the management and technological level of dispatching Zhongshan grid to the forefront of the world.Research and development of this system can standardize the dispatching workflow, realize the normal start and completion of dispatching operations and achieve the advance application and the districted dispatching replies of the corresponding dispatching orders. It can not only substantially increase the dispatchers'working efficiency, but also make the district dispatching control objects grasp the dispatching order content clearly. So, it puts an end to the harmonic and environmental interference, prevents the defects under the telephone order model such as step operation. The dispatching operation safety will be improved by the result of the enhanced monitoring function. Besides, network ordering system has intelligent malfunction- proof function, which can change the operating function of intelligent operation ticket system from passive to active.This thesis investigates and summarizes the specific research and development and the basic application of the intelligent operation ticket system and the network order system, which combine with the requirements of dispatching practical work in Zhongshan power grid. This new system has already been applied officially to practical work and has achieved remarkable results, after a series of research, development, debugging, utilization, summary and so on. It will provide a basis for further improvements in the future.
