Our government spends billions of Yuan of funds for municipal, transportation, medical, health, sports, water conservancy and other aspects of infrastructure construction, to promote the development of the domestic economy plays an important role in. Therefore, strengthening the cost control of government investment projects of great significance.In this paper the each stage cost control of government investment project as the research object, learning from the advanced experience at home and abroad of inspiration, System analysis of China's current government cost control present situation and facing problems, and from project decision stage, design stage, the bidding stage, construction stage and completion stage different stages to elaborate the cost control method. During the town of Haining Medical Center project as a case, using examples interspersed in the various stages in detail.Through the collection of basic data, using a large number of actual cases, comparative study and analysis of the combination, the combination of theory and practice, use the qualitative analysis primarily, to the government investment project of each stage of the demonstration, the use of more realistic significance in practice.
