In addition, through to the project risk identification, assessment and analysis, combined with the engineering situation for risk management. Finally, in project implementation process, through improving the construction project management details, continuously strengthening project safety quality management, project cost management as the core, project management through coordination project management factors, and constantly improve and sublimation project management level, reduce project cost, create benefits, achieve project anticipated target.
