With the trend of the globalization of the market competition, rapid response to market needs and product lead-time reduction have become the key factors in the product competition of enterprises. In this dissertation, key technologies of product module reconstruction and cost estimation based on feature mapping are investigated, including the construction of the dynamic mapping mechanism from requirements feature to the structure of the product, the proposal of the technology of product module reconstruction based on structure transplantation and implementation of multi-level cost estimation of the product module. On the basis of the theoretical research, a system of product module reconstruction and cost estimation is developed and applied in the development of elevators.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:In the first chapter, the dissertation reviews the current status of the related theory of rapid response, analyzes the problems of ralted technologies, expatiates the research background, propose content and framework of the research.In the second chapter, the dissertation builds product requirement structural model to process product reqirement structured handling and construct product module semi-stuctural model.Through multiple of requirements judgment, product requirement structural model and product module semi-stuctural model are connected based on dynamic requirements transition space and composite mapping function. And on this basis, dynamic mapping mechanism from requirements feature to the structure of the product, which helps to improve the reuse efficiency of the product requirement module and structural module, is put forward.In the third chapter, the dissertation proposes the problem of the structure transplantation and reconstruction of the product module. Through the multi- analysis of the product module, module structure element is presented. And then constrains of the module structure mudule element are reconstructed using operating instructions template of semi-structural model after building the rules and processes of the transplantation of module structure element.Through Petri Net model, the constrains of module internal components are reconstructed after the transplantation of the module structure element, and at the same time the relations of the module internal components are also changed. In the process of the module reconstruction, constrains are resused, and this also helps to improve the ability of reconstruction of product modules.In the fourth chapter, the dissertation presents the multi-level cost estimation of the product module, which dynamically adjusts the level of the cost of the product module according to the dynamic mapping mechanism from requirements feature to the structure of the product. The estimation cost is composed by the cost the product material cost and the process cost, which are obtained by the required module got by similarity retrieval based on requirement feature. The level of the cost estimation is determined by the similarity of the retrieval module and requirement module in the process of the similarity retrieval.And this impoves the speed and veracity of cost estimation.In the fifth chapter, a system of product module reconstruction and cost estimation is developed and also successfully applied in the elevator product on the basis of the theory and method discussed above.And this, at the same time, proved the feasibility and practicability of the theory and methods in the dissertation.In the sixth chapter, the further research is put forward after summarizing all the achievements of the dissertation.
