Research On Detection And Technology Of Fault Diagnosis For Elevator Controller

Using computer, test board, combing computer software, this thesis designed and developed a fault test system for elevator controller which is based expert system. This system has realized automation in some degree, so improves the detection efficiency of elevator controller.First, detailed analysis of the consistent of the elevator controller and its operation principle; this thesis concluded elevator fault characteristics according to fault model and efficient analysis; Several fault trees were built for every kind of faults, and then made qualitative analysis with the minimal cut set theory.Second, this thesis designed the hardware and software of test system in the paper, analyzed the principle of each parts of hardware and the design of circuit; accomplish the communication between computer and elevator controller by the software which programmed using C language; detailed analysis of the method of knowledge denotation,acquirement, inference,explainer during the designing fault diagnosis expert system of elevator controller; designed a PC software of fault diagnosis expert system of elevator controller for testing personnel by delphi7.Finally, assembled an elevator controller and built an experimental platform with test board and computer; overall test of the whole test system, the results showed the applicability of the system.
