| The gun is accurate weapon systems which have complicated construction. With the application of intelligent technology in recent year, the gun has moving along the direction of intelligence and information technology has become a trend. With scientific and technological development of weapon, performance measure technology should keep pace with the times. Therefore, to support outstanding play of weapon and improve the level of overall gun, efficient and accurate fault detection has practical significance. This paper describes performance measure system's development and research about the gun's automatic load system and servo system, whose background is signal acquisition.This paper aims to study how to use measured signals, integrated embedded technology, signal processing technology and software theory, based PC 104 embedded bus performance measure system for the gun. In accordance with servo systems and automatic load system of the gun, whose principles and signal characteristics have been described, the paper has introduced the development rules of performance measure system in details, establishing the general framework. According to the design requirements, the design of performance measure system is divided into three parts. There are hardware development, software design with servo systems and gun automatic load system. In hardware development process, design method is adopted, based on pc104 embedded bus structure which are made full use of, for instance stacked connect, compact structure, high integrated level etc. And, it has made use of SCM/LX-3160 of CPU, ADT-620 and CDT-2000 of data acquisition card from ShengBo company and XSZ of angle measurement chip from CSIC to established data acquisition system for hardware environment. The application software has been divided into several modules and make use of Visual 6.0 C++ development tools to design. The software platform, achieving servo system module and gun automatic load system module and providing perfect software interface for hardware driver, has simplified manipulator for low-level hardware. The accomplished performance measure system has been debugged in servo system and automatic load system of the gun many times. Experiment results show that the system can collect and diagnose accurately ramming state information of servo system and Gun automatic load system. At the same time, it can make sure whether the gun have fault, providing effective tool and methods for support of equipment in the army. At present, the system has been satisfied with requirement. |
