With the development of science and technology and the progress of the society, the real-time data acquisition and communication has become the most common and effective links. The real-time power parameter acquisition and transmission are the most key links in the power system. The complex electromagnetic environment and the fluctuation of grid features put forward high requirements for those links. The high-capacity logic gates, soft core and flexible commission of intellectual property core not only enhanced the FPGA's ability for data processing, but also increase its ability for embedded application. It can satisfy the need for high reliable data acquisition&processing system and the high speed real-time processing system, especially, the matching programmable logic technology and the modular design idea can accelerate the process of the system design.Firstly, this thesis introduces the current situation and the latest design ideas about the development of real-time power parameters acquisition. By deeply research, the framework of this thesis has been established. According to the standard of the real-time electrical signals and the expected performances of the system, the FPGA-based design of the real-time three-phase power parameters acquisition, processing and remote transmission system has been proposed and achieved on the Xilinx development platform to replace the traditional "DSP + ASIC".According to the further analysis about the project requirements and the related parameter index, this thesis makes full use of the advantages of the SOPC technology which is based on the MicroBlaze processor to implement the system hardware circuit and software platform in a single chip FPGA. Though the using of modular design process, it implements the design of system function modules and the interface between the system and peripherals, confirms the framework of the system and other core module.The hardware scheme designs the data acquisition module, power supply module, the data cache, the permanently storage of sensitive parameters and the electrical data transmission module, then gives a detailed discussion of hardware circuit and driver program about above module. At last, the hardware scheme is implemented and the matching test data is given. A three phase field calibration instrument which is based on the above system has been designed and implemented. The test result reaches the expectation.The three-phase power parameters acquisition system gives full play to the advantage of Microbalze soft processor and the SOPC technology. It shortens the design cycle, improves the design efficiency, concentrates the design source on the system function and algorithm implementation though simplifying the hardware design. Because of the programmable and modular design features of FPGA, the hardware design and algorithm of this system is convenient to extension and update and has good portability and reconstruction ability. This system is costless, high integrated and has good reconstruction ability.
